Case Overview

Century Holiday designed and delivered a custom team-building program in Shenzhen for a group of Singapore-based leaders from diverse industries, under the theme “Rebooting Shenzhen.”

The 3–4 hour experience turned the city into an interactive leadership journey. Teams explored Shenzhen’s heritage, maker culture, and innovation scene through clue-based missions, robot part sourcing, drone food delivery, laser engraving, brushbot assembly, and a final business pitch.

With careful route planning, mobile coordination, on-site staff support, and a clear scoring system, the program encouraged cross-industry teamwork, creative thinking, leadership, and a deeper understanding of Shenzhen’s identity as a city of entrepreneurship and innovation.
